I have waited over a week for this delivery. The company delivering the item are notorious for poor service they state that they tried to deliver last Thursday but no card was left no email text etc. I have tried to contact you but there is no telephone number for customer services?? I can't find one anywhere. I have emailed you twice and no one has got back to me. If the item isnt delivered by to
Tomorrow I will have 2 very disappointed 9 year olds on their birthday. Very poor service which could have easily been avoided.
