I was disappointed with the returns process. I used click and collect and returned the item to the same store. I was not provided with any receipt as proof of return. I was worried at the time as I had no evidence to show I had returned the item, however, the cashier assured me that I would receive an email from Head Office once they had received the item. I checked my emails daily and on the 4th day, I sent a message via your website but didn't receive any reply. I was worried that the cashier hadn't processed the return or the store may have mislaid the item. I waited the 7 days and after still not hearing from you, I was thinking I would need to raise a dispute via my credit card provider. I eventually received an email on day 8 which suggested the parcel had been returned by the courier as not delivered. Some sort of till acknowledgement from the store would have alleviated any concerns.
