I ordered a pair of running shoes but changed my mind a couple of hours afterwards. I emailed customer services to request a cancellation but did not receive a response. The following day I received an email indicating the order had been processed. I sent another email to request cancellation and again did not receive a response. I then received an email stating the order had been dispatched and emailed customer services to complain.
At no point have customer services ever responded to any emails for this transaction.
I have been a Field and Trek customer for over 30 years but I will not be using them again, an absent customer services department is simply unacceptable in this day and age
