I bought a pair of boots, but they're the wrong size. The returns system is very poor; there's no way of contacting anyone by telephone, and although there is a 'returns' email address, I'm still waiting for a reply. Also there is the mystery of the self adhesive label that says "In case of returns, please retain this label". Does that mean that you post the item back, and keep the label? Or should it be fixed to the returned package as some form of ID and tracking?
