I ordered some items on the 19th April (wed) and today I still haven't received them. I have been updated to the status of my order and they should arrive today. The point I have to pay for this delivery and yet it takes 4-5 working days to arrive.
As an outdoor company we order regularly and most suppliers don't charge for UK delivery and if they do items arrive next day or at the latest 2 days. I can give you lots of examples. So come on F&T compete with the others and drop delivery charges especially if orders are over £50.
