I found the website very easy to use and the product range of rucksacks excellent. The delivery to Sports Direct was priced at £4.99 which seems rather steep and certainly compares unfavourably with other online delivery rates. The rucksacks were delivered in 3 days which again compares unfavourably with other online retailers although maybe I have been spoilt by the 14 hours that Amazon Prime achieve when I order in the evening. Collection from Sports direct was time consuming as they had no signage in store to indicate which tills allowed collection and I wasted time queuing up for the tills at the back of the ground floor when I should have known that I needed to queue up at the back of the First floor. The quality of the Karrimor SF rucksacks is excellent and I am very happy with the products hence the 4 stars, I just took one of for the overall customer experience. Need to try harder.
