Placed order Sunday PM, paid for express delivery. Expected parcel by Thesday PM latest. Tuesday pm Hermes website states my parcel has been routed to the wrong place & they can't explain where it is!. I email Field & Trek for answers. Thursday, still no response. Hermes website changes completely deleting previous info (but I printed it off for proof) - parcel turns up at 4pm. No explanation, no return email - this is neither express delivery nor any kind of customer service.
