I was sent a pair of sandals, one for size 5 and one size 7
The courier left them next door but didn't leave a note, email and text just said delivered successfully. I spent a while checking behind bins and in garage to see where it was.
No telephone number to say the goods weren't fit for purpose because one sandal was the wrong size
