I bought a pair of walking shoes online but the wrong colour & wrong size were sent to me. I contacted Field & Trek via the online form (twice!) and didn't receive any form of reply/help!
So I had to travel to my nearest Field & Trek store to see if they would be able to help, which they did! Far better service then your online service I have to say. I will never buy anything from you online again as your aftercare service is appalling!
