Purchased a bike from Field & Trek. They don't respond to emails, there is no phone number to contact them and the courier they use "my hermes" is worse than awful. When are companies going to start treating customers like customers.
After doing a little research on this company it is just supplying good from Sports Direct, so, if you see something on their web site, check Sports Direct as well - you may find it in store and not have to wait for idiot couriers to deliver the product to you. Lesson learnt.
