I am pleased with the service I've received: from placing the order, email communications and delivery timescales. However I am disappointed at the condition of one of the pairs of sandals (Merrells). They appear to have been work ie internal sole shows signs of wear and inside straps grubby. Also they had no sales tickets attached. I was going to return them for an exchange but there were so many bad reviews about your returns policy I've decided against this
