Item was sent and received no problem. However the item was faulty, the screen was intermittent. As such the item was returned promptly (same day) with returns information indicating faulty and replacement. The return was received the following day upon receipt a refund (less delivery cost or return postage) was made by Field and Trek stating that I have 'Changed my Mind', completely false. After that they have predictably refused to reply to several emails evidently choosing instead to limit their loses by refusing to adhere to the Sales of Good Act providing a replacement and reimbursing return postage leaving me out of pocket.
