Field and Trek made me very happy the service was excellent. What made me unhappy was the delivery driver.
He rang the bell and at the same time hammered on the door to the point where he could easily have damaged it.
There is no need for you to take any action as I dealt with it myself but ageneral instruction to all drivers not to do this would protect your image.
