It took far longer to receive my delivery than stated on website when I purchased my goods. Had I known it would have taken so long I would have shopped elsewhere. Also, not be able to track or talk to anyone and not receiving responses to contact via website was frustrating. Overal, I found this whole experience shockingly poor and will not recommended nor shape with Field and Trek again.
