"The ordering and delivery of my boots was very efficient, I was kept informed of the progress of my order, and it was delivered on time. On opening the box and trying on the boots I noticed that the left boot did not have an insole. Also no paperwork enclosed. Have emailed twice but no reply. Very disappointed. Would not recommend.
