the item was definitely not the size I ordered despite what the label said. I have completely lost confidence in this company despite being a loyal supporter for a long time. Being liable for the postage charges means I am £10 out of pocket. I appreciate I could order the next size up but have no confidence in the sizing. I have bought this brand/size before and recently too so I know that the problem is not me, it was the garment. Someone should check it when it returns to your warehouse. A refund of the postage because of this would be a nice idea.
