Ordered a 3-in-1 waterproof jacket, next day delivery as I needed it urgently. The jacket arrived obviously used- no tags, scraped on one shoulder and with a used tissue in the pocket. No more in stock to replace it with, so no waterproof for me when i needed it. Apalling service!!
