The products were as expected and the delivery process was good once I managed to place the order. But that was the problem: placing the order!
There was a glitch and I could not check out. There's no phone number to contact you so I had to write. I waited 2 days for a response, only to be told to send in the code numbers of the products that I placed in my basket. Seriously? do you honestly think this is the kind of information that I would have, especially when your website is not working so I could not even check online?
It took me 7 days to place my order. With this precedent, next time I'll try again, we all deserve a second chance, but if faced with the same situation, unfortunately I will be forced to look elsewhere.
