I received my two pairs of Merrell walking shoes. However, in the overall package was another packet, marked fragile, with items for another customer. I contacted the company to inform them that this had happened. I received an e-mail, in bad English, from Izabela in Customer Services telling me that I have to get the packet retuned with the packing note etc.
In other words I have to cover for the incompetence of Field & Trek in the despatch of its goods. I have to pay for suitable packing to send a "fragile" item in the free post and waste my professional time making these arrangements. This is unacceptable and illustrates just what a dysfunctional organisation Field & Trek is and should not be recommended in future.
