Paid for next day delivery on a size 6 pair of ladies walking shoes. A size 5 pair were delivered even though both box and shoe clearly said size 5. Emailed customer service as no contact telephone number available. No one even bothered to respond. Had to pay a further £2.95 to return the incorrect item which was a present for my wife.
Come on F&T and sort this mess out please. Full refund of all postage paid and prompt replacement of correct size as ordered.
Your last chance to rectify this mess.
