I ordered a pair of trail running shoes but changed my mind on the colour and because an order cannot be changed once placed I requested a cancellation (twice) by emailing customer services.
I'm still waiting for any response from customer services and in the meantime the shoes have been dispatched, customer services seem to be non-existent or thinly manned!!
