You have an employee calld Jim in the shoe dept of your Chester store...as a direct result of his service i have bought over £500 worth of goods from you and will continue to buy more things. His product knowledge was awesome and there wa no pushiness. mad that he couldnt order me what i wanted on line and i had to come home and do it....although i could have got what I wanted from other suppliers on line..i got it from you because of Jim...promote him!
