Boots were delivered quickly but were faulty, one of the eyelets was damaged. There was no option in the returns process to return and get your money refunded for the return postage, this seems very poor as I'm now out of pocket. There's no telephone number for a quick resolution either.
I also received a pointless Sports Direct mug which is a complete waste and will go straight in the bin. In conclusion there are better retailers out there.
