Ordered item online, all confirmed received and payment taken. Days later, informed item out of stock. Fair enough, but field and trek is WAY beyond its own deadline of refund for me. No item and still out of pocket - their online contact form shows everything, it seems, except 'WHERE'S MY REFUND?'
