Good points: fast delivery, with the delivery flagged up, good products at good prices. Bad point: the "out for delivery" alert only came when it was already out with the courier. Luckily I was at home that day, but if it had been a working in town day for me I would have already left and not been able to make any arrangements for neighbour/safe place etc.... Would be better sent the day before when it goes to the hub and expected delivery is the next day. Terrible point that makes me angry: please please please stop sending out those ridiculous Sports Direct mugs. I end up putting mine straight in the bin - contributing to landfill, adding to the weight of the parcel, totally unenvironmentally friendly. Can the free mug be made optional please? That way everybody will be happy! It makes me so annoyed it puts me off ordering again.....
