the order was fine,there was nothing wrong with the products, and the order was over£100, giving me free postage BUT I paid £5.99 for next day delivery on the satuday as I was going away on the sunday, but the parcel failed to arrive until the Sunday. There is no way of contacting the F&T customer services apart from snail mail, and a customer services e-mail, which I duly did on the Sunday 21 Sept last week to ask for my next day delivery fee to be returned, but I have heard nothing from them as yet. So I await a response from customer services. Should this matter ever be resolved, I shall be pleased to confirm this in another review.
