Ordered a product worth £20 the main item i wanted and added a small item worth £1.50. I received an email a couple if days later to say that the larger iten was not longer available. Upon checking my account the small item (worth 1.50) had been despatched and i have been charged 3.99 postage, without asking if i still wanted the item.
NOT HAPPY. !!
Have emailed customer service, just waiting for their response.
