Totally unacceptable service: The goods I ordered were despatched via Yodel on 24th September. On 25th September Yodel put the parcel on a van but did not attempt to deliver it. On 26th and 27th September they claim to have attempted delivery but that is untrue. They did not leave cards as they claim. I rescheduled delivery for 29th but it was not sent out. Now they have deleted it from their tracking system. I now find that Field and Trek have no telephone numbers to contact them and their email is just an automated system which send irrelevant replies. I have paid for goods which have not been supplied and have wasted a lot of time in the process. I will now have to waste more time trying to recovering my money.
