found some walking boots online but F&T couldn't supply in store.
ordered both pairs of boots - same size same make - one fitted and the other didn't.
was told to get refund at sports direct, but they'd only give credit note because it was bought through F&T. later found the boots were available from sports direct via Amazon half the price they'd been on F&T.
all a bit of a shambles.
