Very good prompt service, excellent product which fits perfectly. It's a nice touch to add a free mug but unfortunately it was broken in transit. I ordered express next day delivery on a Sunday, having checked the details stating that Sundays were included in this deal but it did not arrive until Tuesday. Possibly worth deleting the "Sunday next day" option? Carrier was very efficient on the Tuesday, keeping me informed of the delivery status. I am considering ordering another pair of the Regatta Dayhike trousers as I am very happy with this supplier.
