Placing of order to shipment took 4 days ! In the old days I would have received the order in 2. Also worth noting that if you make a mistake in an order there's no way you can go back in and change it. You have to return the items for replacement with the costs involved.
There is NO contact telephone number. All contact is by e-mail. For a UK based operation I do not think this is good enough.
