bought a berghaus coat for my wife for £110.00. unfortunately she had trouble trying to open the side pockets as the zips are abnormally stiff. whilst doing this one of the clasps that attach to the zip snapped off. upon checking the returns for faulty goods section it seems all returns are to be paid for by the customer. so we have decided to put up with a new coat with one pocket unable to close and the other still a problem to open and close . i really dont think that if a customer recieves a faulty item they should have to pay for postage to return . basically that means you are paying more for your orderif you have a problem. i have ordered from them before but having discovered the return policy for faulty goods i would think twice before i placed any further orders.
