Earlier reviews of the company had left me wondering whether I should place an order with them. However, the price looked right (for a waterproof jacket), so I decided to go ahead.
The product was delivered promptly and free of charge. Unfortunately, I decided against keeping it, as the hood was clumsy-looking ( a design fault), so I returned the jacket, using Royal; Mail's signed-for service, and received an email from PayPal, confirming that a full refund had been made within a week.
All in all, therefore, a very good service.
