I wanted to use a different delivery address from the billing address. I entered it and continued to the next page, but the confirmation email used the billing address for both. I assume I failed to click a confirm button or something like that, but I think the page could make this requirement clearer.
I contacted the customer services department immediately informing them of the problem. I received an automated reply that I would be contacted in the next 5 working days. I do not think that that is an appropriate service level for internet retail.
In the event I received an email 2 days later informing me that as I had said the addresses on the order were the same and that the delivery address could not be changed and the courier would be instructed to return the package to F&T.
The following afternoon, I received an email informing me the package had been dispatched.
I think your delivery process should be agile enough to update orders in this timeframe.
