I would usaully rate Field and Trek with 5 stars. Have used this company on several occasions - their pricing is competitive and service is excellent.
Only 3 stars on this occasion because I am being asked to rate the service, when the goods have actually not yet arrived. In fairness to Field and Trek, I suspect this is a carrier issue as F and T dispatched the boots some time ago.
