I wanted to say that I think that it is unfair that one cannot receive a refund in a store if you purchased online.
Why is this ?

I am still waiting to hear back about the error on my order.
I emailed customer services 5/12 and have not heard back.
I had a £10 discount voucher which you didn't deduct from the order.
Also I have not received my order yet.
