1: No customer service telephone number, the basic basis and backbone of any organisation.
2: No ability to adjust order before despatch
3: 0344 2459 230 number given to me by a store manager from his till receipt said "we are having technical issues" for 4 days.
4: Product arrived 2 days later than due date.
I wonder if F&T is due to be sold by Spots Direct (owner). I wouldn't bid at auction!
