I received no confirmation e mail but promotional e mails started immediately.No telephone number to contact company direct and query sent on web site went unanswered. A week later received e mail from Yodel that my parcel was on it's way.
To add insult to injury I was asked to review my purchase before I had even received it.
I chose Field and Treck because the price for the Brasher Supalites was good but customer service is so bad, never again!
