I submitted an order on the 30th November 2014, and today, the 13th December, I am still awaiting its delivery..!!!! On the 9th December I sent a request for information for the estimated time for delivery, and the obvious set up reply I got back was - "Your order FT40000012054238 has been picked and packaged and is awaiting collection by our courier. We have several collections throughout the day and so we expect that you will receive your order within the next couple of days." - If there are several collections a day, I should have received mine long ago..!!!! Furthermore, no response from the further enquiry I sent on the 13th Dec. asking for further info. No further communication to explain the reason no delivery or to give me a clue as to when I can expect it..
