Overall delivery took far too long
The product inside was covered in price tags and sales stickers which could not be removed without destroying the packaging - not good on a present
I will not be purchasing from the company again also the £10 off voucher I was allocated was not deducted at the payment section of the order. The customer support is non existent with only e-mail contact available all in all perhaps the experience was very poor
