Two items arrived broken. In itself a little annoying but these things do happen. What is galling is that they expect you to pay the return costs when they've sent you an item that is broken or doesn't work.
A big part of the problem is that Field and Trek use YODEL for deliveries. My 'next day delivery' has often turned up several days late and been stated as delivered when it hasn't. Complaining to YODEL gets you nowhere at all. Not even a reply to my emails or complaints submitted through their website.
Field and Trek just blame YODEL when you contact them, but listen up Field and Trek, you employ YODEL so you need to take some responsibility or use somebody that does the job properly. It's your reputation that suffers too.
