The goods received were as described. No problem there.
The problem was with customer service. In the midst of a frenzy of online Christmas shopping I accidently put the wrong house number on my order. Absolutely my fault. I quickly added up which house it would go to, and thought it was a nearby empty house - no possible retrieval of goods or delivery card. I immediately tried to contact F&T. They make it very difficult. You have to choose a category to use their contact form. The categories given just lead back to the faq. There is no 'other' option. I found an email address, but they did not answer, other than the automated response to say they will answer. There is no phone number on the website.
Fortunately I had counted up house numbers wrong, and was able to retrieve my parcel from the occupied house it went to.
Customer service is everything. I will not be using F&T again. Everything they sell is available elsewhere, with better service.
