Having been sent a garment with a security tag attached, I found that I could not phone the company to ask for help and could only email. The response to this was that I would get an answer within 1 to 5 days - possibly more at busy times. Not at all helpful just 6 days before Christmas!
At the time of writing this, I have not had any response at all, 2 days later - very unhappy as will struggle to get a replacement now so close to the big day!!
