I shouldn't be complaining because picked up super bargain Salomon products that are genuine. Due to these being less than a 3rd of price I was wary of fakes but they seem perfect.
Like any other sports direct company, my advice would be that you may pick up occasional genuine bargains otherwise service, order information, tracking etc. is ordinary.
