The item is 3 stars. It is worth the £50 but not the RRP. It is nice bit no where near as good as a North Face or Rab.
What I want to highlight to any customer is the poor service by Field and Trek. Firstly they charged me twice and then they will not provide a telephone number. They force you to email them. This is really poor and stressful. The number on their website just constantly states it is not working due to a technical issue. As a result I will stay clear of Field and Trek until they provide a realistic customer service.
