My order was delayed by some days. You were u contactable and after more than a dozen phone calls I was told that you had "technical problems". When I did manage to speak to someone from the parent company HQ I was pushed from pillar to post with no one taking responsibility for the problem and told they did not know why I had not been given a tracking code.
It was a shambolic episode not helped by equally ineffective and robotic staff from Yodel.
