The jacket I ordered arrived with a faulty zip. Your company eventually and reluctantly gave me a freepost address for me to return it rather than expecting me to pay postage costs.
The ski pants arrived with a price tag lower than I had paid and on requesting a refund of the difference was told that the company would make more effort in future to take off these tags so that customers aren't aware they are paying more over the internet for items than store prices!
