I have worn Brasher Supalites for a number of years for general use and challenge events and have been delighted with them - a great mix between comfort and functionality. They have taken me to the top of KIlimanjaro twice in the last four years and I would highly recommend them. Unfortunately, I had to return my latest a pair of Supalites when one of the eyelets came out and I believed that this was due to a manufacturing defect. I asked that the boot be repaired and returned but I was delighted with the Field and Trek response which went way beyond my expectation of a repair. I was notified that I was to receive a replacement pair of boots and they arrived without further discussion in a few days. This was a totally unexpected, but greatly appreciated, and was a fine example of exceptional customer service. Well done to Field and Trek - for a timely and satisfactory resolution to a customer problem - I could not have asked for a better response. Extremely satisfied customer from Scotland!!
