Delivery and service was excellent but sadly the item was faulty and I've had to return it. As it was boots costing £80 I have had to pay postage at £11.00 to track the item and I am unsure as to whether I will receive a full refund (although I am entitled to this). It would be helpful if a different system for returning faulty items was available (eg return to store perhaps?).
Pity as the service was good.
