Delivery, returns, email queries to customer services, all dealt with quickly and efficiently. My only criticism is that when I returned an item for refund, I received an email confirming receipt and cancellation of order, but it did not confirm that the refund, and how much, was being or had been done--no mention at all. This meant I had to email customer services for this information, which is a waste of their time and mine, when it could, and should, be included as a matter of course in the cancellation note.
